Dear Jenny and George,
   We are writing to share with you our positive experience with DogWatch of Southwest Virginia. We became a client of Jenny & George Richardson in June of 1989 when moving to Lynchburg. At that time we had a 10 year old English Springer spaniel, Molly. We were taken with George’s incredible love and affection he showed toward Molly during her training. We have continued to see this over the past 15 years as we have had other dogs George came to assist us in the training process. As an original Invisible Fence owner we never hesitated to move over to DogWatch with George as our only encounter with Invisible Fence out of Roanoke was negative.
   We not only have a DogWatch system at our Lynchburg residence, we also have one at our Smith Mountain Lake residence. The beauty of the lake fencing is our water loving dogs continue to enjoy the water and we don’t have to worry about them running off. We now have 3 dogs, Alexi (9), Maddie (1), and Abby (1), and each additional collar has been reasonable as the batteries last one year.
   We look forward to many more years of superior service with George and Jenny.

   Thanks again for you telling me about the VA-MD Regional College of Veterinary Medicine in Blacksburg!
   Tigger had surgery for chronic disk disease. Brought him home Wednesday before Christmas, and he's doing just great. I just wish I had taken him earlier, but I'm glad I did get him there - its a great place, and now I know the way! Thanks again.

Dear DogWatch,
   I was an Invisible Fence customer for a while, and thought I was satisfied with it. But after having to purchase the higher priced batteries so often and the continual breaking of the wire fence and slow service getting it fixed, I wished for a new service. So when you told me about the DogWatch system I was ready to switch.
   Now batteries last a lot longer, the service is swift and thorough. Plus when I get a new dog, the receivers are of high quality and less costly than ever.
   Right now I have only 2 Dalmatians, but have had as many as 5 at a time. With Dogwatch, they pay attention to the warning signal and have never since (we got DogWatch) had my dogs ignore the fence or go through it.

Dear Jenny and George,
   I just wanted to send you another "thank you" note. You originally installed an Invisible Fence system in 1998. Because of your service we switched to your DogWatch system in 2000.
   I knew I stayed with you for good reasons, as our recent emergency in July 2004 confirmed your high level of customer service. For you to stop what you were doing on a Saturday, drive an hour and repair my dog system (same day service), went beyond the call of duty. Very few people would have responded in this manner. Your customer service has created great loyalty.
